* The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is currently the 2nd highest rated show on Disney Channel, behind Hannah Montana.
* The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is the 3rd Disney Channel show to go past 65 episodes. The other two are That's So Raven and Kim Possible.
* In the second season of the show (2/3/06) the show was produced with both Disney and It's a Laugh Productions.
* The oringinal name was going to be "The Suite Life" then it was changed to "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody".
* The show first premiered Friday, March 18, 2005 on Disney Channel at 7:00|6:00C with two back-to-back episodes.
* Production began on September 14, 2004, in front of a live studio audience at 5:30PM at the Hollywood Center in Hollywood, California. The show is filmed in the same studio as Disney Channel's hit show That's So Raven.
* TSL is filmed at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles, California.
* In Canada, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody premiered on September 3rd, 2005 on Family.
* In Spain and France, The Suite Life premiered in Semptember 2005 on the 12th and 23rd days of that month.

Trivia
* It's obvious that the character of London is clearly a mock of Paris Hilton.
* Ashley Tisdale, who plays Maddie, tried out for the role of London and Maddie.
* The outside of The Tipton, shown on-air is actually the Fairmont Hotel in Vancover, British Columbia.
* Each episode takes the cast two days to shoot.
* Oringinally the character of Maddie was actually named Lena,and was later changed.
* In a interview, Dylan & Cole said oringinally that they were going to play themselves in the show, since the show was going to be based on them. Later the personalites of the characters changed and then so did the names.

About the Characters
Zack Martain: The always stylin' Zack is the major instigator of the mischief that he and his brother, Cody, get into. He always means well, but sometimes the excitement of the situation gets the best of him.
Cody Martain: The super-friendly Cody is usually reluctant to participate in his brother Zack's schemes. But when he does, his good influence helps to reign Zack in when things get out of hand.
Carey Martain: Zack and Cody's mom is the headline singer at the Tipton Hotel's exclusive cabaret room. She's a great mom but has her hands full with the troublemaking twosome.
London Tipton: As the wealthy daughter of the Tipton Hotel owner, London spends her tome showing off new outfits and acting like the hotel's princess. Even though she is the complete opposite of Maddie, they're still good friends.
Maddie - Maddie is the Tipton Hotel candy counter girl-turned-part-time Zack and Cody babysitter. Her quick thinking often helps the twins out of some sticky situations.
Mr. Moesby - Mr. Moesby, the Tipton Hotel's manager, tries to keep Zack and Code in line, but sometimes the boys get the best of him. With his strict ways, he often spoils their fun while saving the Tipton from their hijinks.
Murielle: Murielle is The Tipton hotel housekeeper who couldn't care less about her job.
Esteban: Esteban is the earnest bellman of The Tipton Hotel. He's got a good heary and likes the Martin boys,even though he bears the brunt of many of their antics.
Arwin: Awin is The Tipton's handyman. He has a crush on Carrie and he is friends with the boys.
